The Society of Clinical Anatomists (hereinafter "SOCA") is dedicated to the furthering of knowledge in the field of Clinical Based Anatomy. The members of SOCA aim to bridge the gap between the anatomists and the clinicians and to explore new dimensions in Clinical Anatomy. In furtherance of this commitment, SOCA allows users to pay their registration fee with a credit card / debit card / net banking, using the Internet.

Applicant can Register on SOCA website for information and related courses for which credit card / debit card / net banking payment is available.

SOCA has made arrangements with scheduled bank to provide these services. A applicant making a payment by credit card / debit card / net banking may choose to pay their fees by credit card / debit card / net banking will be asked by the credit card / debit card / net banking service provider to furnish personal identifying information, the credit card / debit card / net banking number and expiration date, the amount of the payment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy…

The Registration fees once paid will not be refunded for applications which are successfully submitted. Cancellation of applications shall not be entertained. The amount paid may be settled with the department respective departmental services.

By Default all failure Transactions are automatically refunded as per the standard policy. However for the same to reflect in your account it may take specific time as per the standard policy. Generally refunds will be reflected within a standard number of Days in Case of Net Banking/Debit Card Transaction &a standard number of Days (Next Billing Cycle) for Credit Card Transactions. In case of excess payment, the amount will be settled as per the rules of the respective services.
